# Mission and Vision

### Mission

Paymento’s mission is to make self-custodial crypto payments practical for every business.

We provide businesses with the infrastructure to accept Bitcoin, stablecoins, and other digital assets without surrendering control of their funds to a payment processor. By combining merchant-controlled wallets with accessible checkout, payment monitoring, settlement, and integration tools, Paymento makes crypto payments easier to adopt and manage.

### Vision

We envision a global payment system where businesses and customers can transact directly using digital assets, without unnecessary custodial intermediaries.

Our vision is for crypto payments to offer the simplicity expected from modern payment platforms while preserving the ownership, transparency, and global accessibility that blockchain technology makes possible. Paymento is building the non-custodial payment infrastructure needed to bring that vision into everyday commerce.
